Robert Burkhart is a licensed architect in California and other states. A graduate of Kent State University School of Architecture and Boston University, Mr. Burkhart taught at the Boston Architectural Center and has 25 years of professional practice. Many of his projects received design awards. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Architects Association of Santa Cruz County and California Architects Board.
Mr. Burkhart has designed custom houses for clients in Massachusetts, New England and North Carolina, and has completed numerous residential renovations, additions and remodels in California. He has secured building permits from the city and county of Santa Cruz and has provided clients with construction management services including fixed-price construction contracts utilizing his own contractors. Mr Burkhart has also completed designs for stores, offices, condominiums, apartments and health care facilities. (see our sample projects)
